Quality issues. Bought a few months ago and just put it down. I used it twice and the connection to the headset was broken. Useless.

After 2 months, the cable keeps losing connection to the Oculus Link. It is completely unstable and unusable. This does not happen with other cables.

When using this with my Quest 2 it keeps turning off. If it taps or slides lightly into the Quest 2's USB port, it will disconnect from the computer. I definitely don't recommend it and now have to buy a new one to replace it.

Why spend more than $80 for a "Link" cable? I connected it to my computer via USB3, Quest 2 works great with it. The cable is strong and long enough to stay out of the way. Keep in mind that I'm using this for virtual VR pinball machines and don't need to run around with a cord everywhere. If you need to be mobile, you might need a little longer. Very durable cable and unbeatable for the price!

This cable is a great alternative to the official Oculus communications cable, costs half the price and works great. If you're using a cable, you'll need to make sure it's plugged into a USB port that connects directly to your GPU. If this is not the case, the connection will not be maintained and will not work. I don't know why that is, but it's not that big of a deal. So if you're having connection issues, make sure it's connected directly to your GPU.

Got this the other day and so far the cable is working great. The Oculus app (finally) shows a green tick icon and I haven't had any connection errors. I should note that I always have to restart the Quest after plugging in the cable or the connection drops almost immediately. The cable itself is thick, almost like a PC power cable, somewhat flexible and heavy. I have it on my lap for Elite Dangerous, but haven't tried it with Half Life: Alyx, which requires you to stand and turn around a bit…
