I order this product regularly. The soap smells good and the quality is excellent, but the bottles are almost always opened. If I don't need the product urgently for business, I would refuse delivery. Bottle caps were made without internal seals. Also, the lids don't close tightly. Not to mention the spills wasted a large amount of soap, I had to wash all the bottles as soon as I opened the packaging. I would give 5 stars if there weren't any issues with the bottle caps. The size is practical because a liter jug with dispenser can be placed in the shower and used for quite a long time without refilling. The scent is pleasant and leaves a feeling of cleanliness, but does not dry out the skin. One of the main problems is that gallon jugs have little to no padding, the box compresses easily, and one of the lids on the jug is usually lost. Spilling of the contents in the boxes, causing a mess. Like the product, don't like the way it is packaged and delivered.

At the time my regular liquid face wash wasn't available - anywhere. It has a pleasant smell and only one bottle "leaked" on arrival. Had the carrier put a "this side up” sticker on the carton, one bottle would have been reduced to a minimum of "leakage”. I was at home at the time, so the box wasn't upside down for long. I will bring two bottles to my office to use as hand soap and two bottles will stay with me.

When I opened the Revain box I could see that at least one of the bottles was not sealed properly as the inner box showed signs of leakage. When I opened the inner box it was a mess. The bottles do not have a factory seal and 3 out of 4 bottles are not screwed tight. About 1/2 - 1 liter ran out of the three bottles into the inner box. It was a soapy, slimy mess. My box of Dial Soap was flooded with soap. I managed to wash all the soap bottles, dry them and cap them tightly. I think the solution to this whole bottle leak would be to just put some tape or glue on the tops before sending the others in addition. I'm glad I can salvage what didn't spill out of the bottles because I love this thing

I use it as shampoo, shower gel and hand soap and I am very happy with it. As everyone else has said the packaging is terrible and I actually had a spill on arrival. How can they be so incompetent at properly packaging liquids that almost everyone has the same problem? All you need is a piece of foil under the cap or a piece of tape over the cap. This would have been a 5 star rating if the packaging hadn't leaked. Great product, bad packaging. Great for everyone! It has an unobtrusive light citrus-peach aroma. I will buy this product again. The price is too cheap not to buy again despite the leaking bottles. Many reviews mention leaks. I expected them to be phased out with my first batch and they have been. So look forward to it. I rinsed each bottle and screwed on the caps. At less than $1.50 for 16 ounces, this will be my go-to hand…
