Description of 1/4-inch Diameter

With a 3:1 shrink ratio, the inner diameter of the heat shrink tube can shrink to 1/3 of its original diameter after heating. It is more flexible to adapt to various sizes of products than the 2:1 shrink ratio. The inner wall of an industrial-grade double-wall heat-shrinkable tube is a layer of hot melt glue, which melts into a thick layer of glue when heated, sealing the acceptor well and preventing water, dust and oil. Our marine grade shrink tube are UL and CSA certified, RoHS compliant, free of formaldehyde (HCHO), heavy metals and other harmful substances. Even long-term exposure to your environment will not affect your health or that of your family. Our heat-shrink tubing has the advantages of good electrical insulation, good sealing, corrosion resistance and high temperature resistance. Anti-aging, tough, not easy to break. Inside diameter before shrinkage :1/4", length: 20FT.

Lots of creases and scuffs.

Slightly disappointed with the condition of the heat shrink. Lots of scuffs and some scratches on the shrink tube, some black scuffs that seem to be coming off as well. It would be nice if it wasn't sent folded.

Pros
  • High test results for hold and durability
Cons
  • Not as thick as other options

Excellent quality. suitable for industrial electrical equipment

Changed the connector on the white laptop power cable. Shrunk nice and tight, but not brittle or flimsy like most heat shrink tubing in my experience. Remained bright white with a pleasing sheen, still thick and flexible. I'm very happy with the result but not so much with the cost.

Pros
  • Absolutely amazing!
Cons
  • Not bad, but...

Much better than regular heat shrink tubing.

Very good heat shrink tubing. The 3:1 ratio gives you more flexibility, especially when working between two different sizes and shapes. It takes a little extra heat to start shrinking, but keeping it nice and even scaled down is easy. The internal adhesive is a great feature to ensure it stays in place later. It's also quite thick due to heat shrinking, but still has good rubbery flexibility. It also feels very durable.

Pros
  • Very good value for money
Cons
  • Unbelievable price
