the smell is rather unpleasant. He is strong! It's like wet cat food in a hard pack. The hardest cat food I have ever seen. Our cat wasn't happy with it.

So, two cats, one was raised outside and now inside and the other has always been inside, well both have gotten used to this new food, they seem to like it. I will provide an update on any issues if they arise in a few weeks but for now I am enjoying diamond feed for my animals.

This was a great choice for our cat. He doesn't seem to tolerate the same dry food we've given him for the last 5 years and Diamond Naturals was a good choice. It's economical and he liked it a lot. The ingredients seem pretty clean. Few additives etc.

I've recently started trying this brand of cat food and my cats seem to love it and the ingredients are better than standard grocery store foods. You can even see pieces of carrots or peas. However, when I opened the second box, there was no jar in the package. It looks like it fell out and wasn't noticed when packing it up.

my picky eater who hates but loves hairball treatments. Wait and see if it really helps hairballs. I will report. The only thing I didn't realize until my cat started yelling for food was that the 5 ounce can was about 200 fewer calories than the other 5 ounce cans I fed them. But good for a cat that needs to lose weight. However, this is a great price!

All my cats get canned food twice a day. I fed another one canned food and good quality dry house food, but two still had problems with hairballs. I spent a lot of time going through ingredients and prices, looking for quality without breaking the bank. Diamond is a good quality brand and this meal had everything I was looking for. The only cat out of four who turns up their noses doesn't have hairballs, so I'm fine with that.
