Description of DICATTE Positioning Aluminum Woodworking Carpenter

HIGH-QUALITY MATERIALS: Aluminum alloy right-angle clamps are processed by high-quality aluminum blocks, surface anodized treatment, precision workmanship, durable, corrosion-resistant, will not fade, black and red are available. INGENIOUS DESIGN: The right-angle clamp is an L-shaped design. There are two types of scales, namely a 7.1 inch scale and a 180 mm scale. They are located on the front and back sides, making it easier to measure the size. There are 6 holes on the 2 sides of the right-angle clamp, which makes the clamping force stronger. EASY TO USE: Just place the wood to be assembled on a stable table and flatten it, adjust the angle to 90 degrees with a right-angle clamp, and use the clamp to select the appropriate hole to clamp. The advantage of 7.1 inches over 5.5 is that it is not only suitable for small size assembly, but also suitable for various large-scale professional jobs. WIDE RANGE OF USES: This L-shaped right-angle clamp can be used to fix and assemble furniture cabinets, photo frames, cabinets, boxes and other DIY work. Inches and centimeters are indicated separately, which is more user-friendly and convenient for users to work. 100% SATISFACTORY SERVICE: DICATTE supports 6-month free return and exchange service for products. We have opened a 24-hour customer service hotline. If you have any quality problems, please contact the after-sales team as soon as possible.

Great Product - Clamps

I plan to use squares in my welding projects. Haven't used them yet but am very happy with the quality and strength of the squares and clips.

Pros
  • VERSATILE USES: This L-shaped corner clamp can be used to fasten and assemble furniture cabinets, photo frames, cupboards, drawers and other DIY projects. Inches and centimeters are listed separately, which is more convenient and convenient for users to use.
Cons

Expect more from hand tools

These squares are strong but the locking clips twist and turn making it difficult to grip the product securely. I bought some Milescraft 4009 fence clamps that work better with aluminum squares.

Pros
  • WIDE APPLICATION: This L-shaped corner clamp can be used for fixing and assembling furniture cabinet, photo frame, cupboard, drawer and other DIY crafts. Inches and centimeters are listed separately, which is more convenient and convenient for users to use.
Cons
  • socket required.

Perfect 90* in brackets

You don't need a $200 square to test the 90* accuracy of this or any other positioning/clamping square. A simple observational procedure of 4 tests determines their accuracy. Place one square inside the other and find the staggered gaps. Swap a square inside out and observe. Flip a square and repeat the above steps. Both of my positioning squares are true 90* inside and out. The only downside is that there is no slot in the center for adjustable CNC positioning, but I knew that from the…

Pros
  • INTERESTING DESIGN: L-shaped corner bracket. There are two types of scales, namely 7.1 inch scale and 180mm scale. They are on the front and back, making it easy to measure the size. There are 6 holes on two sides of the rectangular clamp, increasing the clamping force.
Cons
  • Doubtful

The length is a little uncomfortable for me.

I have a shorter pair of 5.5" clamps and they are a bit easier to work with. The clamps are a bit uncomfortable. The longer the yoke, the more likely it is that the yoke will slip along its entire length, especially when placed at the outer corners. If you had an extra pair of hands to hold, the length wouldn't be an issue. I have small hands being a woman so smaller is easier. However, clamps also work better when placed inside the boards rather than outside...because the clamps aren't just…

Pros
  • EASY OPERATION: Simply place the wood you are collecting on a stable table and level it, adjust the angle to 90 degrees with the right angle clamp, and use the clamp to select the appropriate hole for the clamp. The advantage of 7.1 inches over 5.5 is that it is not only suitable for small builds but also for various large scale professional work.
Cons
