Programmable battery low voltage disconnect switch for DC12-36V lead acid battery and lithium ion battery. It's a protection switch module, not included batteries itself. On-board momentary push button to set the low voltage disconnect parameter and 3 digit red LED display the parameter easy to operation. When the battery voltage reach the setting values, the module will disconnect load automatically to aviod the battery from over discharging to prolong the battery lifetime. Display is accurate, the switch module is quickly to open and close when near minimum voltage; Settings is stored non-volatile, it can keep set when power off. Board Size: 57 X 42 X 19mm/2.24 X 1.65 X 0.75inch(L*W*H), Input Voltage Range: DC12-36V, Control Accuracy: 0.1V, Power Consumption: <1.5W, Maximum Amperage before Breaker Trips: 20A.

Efficient Low Voltage Adjustable Switch

I bought several of these to use on some UPSs I build and also to protect some DC lighting systems both of which run on deep cycle batteries. Switches work very well. The only thing I would like to change about it is that the display doesn't run all the time as this increases the power consumption of the device a bit. My solution was to simply unsolder the LED module after setting the voltage points, but someone more adventurous could change the software to turn the display off after some delay

Okay I wanted to use this on a 24vdc solar system. I would like the fan to only turn on when charging flooded batteries as they will then give off gas and vapor. It's easy to program to the voltage you want, so that's good. Lots of relays to control the low current (2 amp) fan. Here's my problem. The output terminals of this controller provide a voltage equal to the supply voltage of the board. In other words, if I connect it to 24V DC, it outputs 24V DC when it's on. I have a 12V fan. It just works! Very simple and very powerful.

This device has been designed to prevent the battery (or batteries) from being excessively discharged in a system such as: B. a battery that is charged by a solar panel. Batteries of any kind can be damaged by deep discharge during use. .
