Excellent customer service and creativity

I like that everything is in my account (project files, designs). The interface seems more than just functional to me but not very user-friendly at all time for someone with no technical background or without any software knowledge as well - it's hard even if you have programming skills! There should be an easier way how people can start their projects instead having some kind tutorials they need which don't give them enough information when starting something new from scratch so there will…
