This product did not stand up well. The group broke up twice in the first week. Eventually the "pin" in the watch strap broke! The product broke three times in two weeks! No thanks, not again!

As with many of our great modern products, setup is complex, the "necessity" of the entire setup is debatable, and the instructions are difficult to read and follow. . . I just needed a basic watch for my 10 and 11 year olds (ie 24 hour time setting?)

I never write reviews but I had to comment on this watch that I bought for my nephew. I have read all the instructions and gone through all the screens. The alarm clock is basically non-existent as it doesn't set an alarm. He calls every hour on the hour. The backlight is not working and if you want the clock to tell the time then buy this clock. Otherwise don't waste your time.

Loved the look as it is understated and velvety black. It's not flashy. Very functional watch. Easy to set up for my son. He liked it very much. 14 years old, fashion conscious.

My 11 year old son loves this watch. It looks exactly like the picture but it looks so good in person. This is a must gift. broke the 3rd day ...not worth returning it ..bought a armatron to replace it!

Had to return 5 minutes after opening. The top right button fell off during programming, and then a physical metal retaining ring appeared in the center of the screen area. Badly done or an accident. Anyway returned.

The backlight was ok, I tell you. However, the instructions are ridiculously impossible to follow. And trying to set the clock is not an intuitive process at all. Will return.

later This is perfect for what I want, a good watch that's easy to read with a stopwatch that I can use to measure break times at work. The dial lights up very brightly when you press the button and the watch feels nice and sturdy yet elegant. Considering the very low price I am very happy with this purchase!

Very nice watch. My 13 year old loves it. But. It's hard to see the time. It almost feels like the battery is dead, but I'm pretty sure they're just cheap bulbs. The glow doesn't help much. It looks like someone is standing across the street and pushing the glow button. It looks so gloomy. The picture was taken with a flash in the light.

The picture of the watch shows what it looks like when you press the button to make it light, otherwise it is dull grey. The clock is fine unless you are in a place with poor lighting. You can still parse the time, but the day/date above and the seconds below are unparsable. The lightening option works a little but only stays on for 1.5 seconds.
