Item arrived as described and on time but the needle that came with it was broken. One side of the eye was missing, rendering the needle unusable. Not a big problem as I have other needles at home, but I'm a bit disappointed that the set isn't usable without buying a new needle.

I know fewer colors make kits cheaper, but the gifts don't really "shoot" because of the way the colors are arranged in the kit. I used some extra thread to make the present on the right more visible; Below is a picture of my decoration. However, aside from the lack of contrast, the set was easy to make and not overly complicated. A beginner can easily make this set, although it will take a few hours, I spent about 4 days on this particular piece of jewelry.

I'm no newbie to cross stitch, but make-up kits were a first for me. I still had decorations to make and these sets looked like tickets. I'm not wrong!
