This needlepoint product failed to live up to my expectations. As a regular Arts and Crafts enthusiast, I was disappointed with the quality of this product. As a result of using this product, I found that the overall finish was not as neat as I would have liked. The pros of this product were that the thread colors are very nice, but the cons clearly outweigh them. The texture of the cloth was not smooth enough for a cleaner finish. Overall, not worth it.

The felt matches the description but the description does not mention that the felt is very thick and spiky. It does the job just as well as any other felt, but its thickness makes it more difficult to work with. I wouldn't use it for anything a child could touch as it could irritate sensitive skin.

I'm not a very experienced felter but I use this product as a base for my 3D project rather than starting with a wire structure or a large ball of vagabond. I start with a shape cut from this product, sometimes layer it and then get drawn to this product. It feels light and doesn't break any pins like I did when I hit the wire base. Love it!
