These were purchased to replace some early 80's track lights in the pantry. As an LED they certainly don't give off any noticeable heat compared to the ones they've replaced and they're easily twice as bright. They appear brighter than the rating would suggest and the color matches the daylight which makes finding the right one easy Outfit greatly facilitated.

I have an 80's rail for the lights. I hated how it looked with giant old school lights. These lights have completely changed and made more modern. I even turned off the light switch with a dimmer and it works great. They were a bit difficult to track. I felt like breaking the trail. I figured I would have to raise the silver lugs a bit higher so they sit properly on the track. Nothing explains it, but this worked for me. In general I am satisfied. Let's see how long this lasts. Very good bulbs that produce bright and even light with the right color balance to effectively replace 50w halogen bulbs. Juno guide lights.
