Excellent customer service

****Update**** 10/09/20 I have received another pack of lightbulbs from the seller. Updating my rating to 5 stars. Excellent customer service. I appreciate it. Don't hesitate to buy from these guys. They care about their customers. Many Thanks. Two came DOA. Tried multiple sockets. Vain. Already dead when we got there. My wife was happy because we had switched our lights to clear glass. I ordered 10 daylight bulbs. Thought it would be a value but it isn't when you're paying for blown bulbs…

DISSENT SELLER! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, 3 out of 10 started flickering within 12 months of use

Use them around the house, bought 10 pack 06 Nov 2019 01 Oct 20 3 out of 10 started to flicker . 1 in the main bathroom, 1 in the dining room and 1 in the kitchen area. I contacted the seller and they referred me to AMAZON for the warranty and then again and they told me they are not the supplier and I have no warranty. I contacted Amazon and was told they only accept returns for the first 30 days and call the seller. When I told AMAZON that the supplier refused me, AMAZON sent me more than 3…

Bright white and very economical

Since the introduction of LED light bulbs a decade or more ago I have used them constantly. Although it's an energy saver, they often break, so I always have spares on hand. Aside from the fact that they often die, I also felt that the light wasn't bright enough for me. I am originally from Taiwan and in our homes we use shop/shop style neon lights, bright white style.
