Dimmable or dimmable in GE via microwave.

Received these today and put a pair in our GE over the stove microwave. They are not bright enough to illuminate the front half of the oven, only the back half is bright enough to see. I'll consider this my fault for not thinking well enough about the shape of the onions. When the microwave is in night light mode, there will be flickering. It's fast but annoying. I do not recommend them for a GE over-the-stove microwave.

They all fit bulbs

Lots of reviews say they don't come out of the box or out of the box but thankfully everything works. They don't fit very well, but a slight bend in the pins helps. I can not say that. do i love her nope But do I "like" them and use them MUCH more under the counter now because I don't have to worry about hot halogen lights burning my kitchen? 100% yes. Improvement over the G8 incandescent version

I installed these in a GE Overrange Microwave/Function Hood (model 2015 JVM7195) to replace the 'surface lights' of 40 watt incandescent bulbs. The first impression is very favorable due to the color "Natural White" and the light output. At only 3 watts I gave them 5 stars for energy efficiency but as I have no idea how long they will last I only gave them 3 stars.
