Reinforcement implemented - radio antennas

Easy installation on the roof. Route the cable over the radon vent to avoid the need for additional roof penetration. The implemented gain seems to be in the 10-15 dB range. Signal bar increased from 1 bar to 3 bars.

Pros
  • This is amazing
Cons
  • Everything is fine

I wish I had bought years ago!

Wireless internet access. Was 3-5 MB down, now I'm 30-40 MB down! Find the nearest tower on Google Maps and aim straight at it. Mine had a much better signal and speed when laying horizontally rather than vertically as the arrows indicate.

Pros
  • Hands-free kit
Cons
  • Some little things

I think it works? good for accessories and consumables

Didn't serve the purpose, bought 2 Yagi antennas but didn't work like I imagined. I may not have been able to climb high enough to get the best signal. I'm sure they could work for others who can step up and get a better place for them.

Cons
  • Not bad but...

Do not use with 915Mhz

I installed this with a helium hotspot. There were zero witnesses until I switched to the Wilson version of this antenna. Wilson had a lot more weight against this antenna and IMMEDIATELY started getting witnesses. I will return all of these antennas and pay a little more for the Wilson version.

I use it with MOFI router

I use it with a MOFI router, I have a router on a first floor window seal, and I had bad internet after installing a broadband directional antenna 700-2700MHz, 11dBi Yagi, it's 80% better, almost perfect if i risk it and put it on the roof it will be 100% good but i'm happy with what i have now.

Pros
  • Absolutely amazing!
Cons
  • Functionality

Great Value

These antennas are very competitively priced compared to other similar Revain products and perform just as well. Building fast isn't the best, and they don't feel like they can handle the occasional baseball or direct exposure to the elements. It should be fine under the eaves though, and they gave very good signal gain in the area where it was needed. I bought two and set them up for MIMO. I modified the bracket so that I can mount it on the same wall bracket. So far I am happy with it and…

MoFi4500 with bunny ears outperformed it.

My MoFi sitting on a table with bunny ears had a better signal than when connected to this antenna on a 12ft pole. I rotated a full 360 degrees very slowly and could see improvement when standing perpendicular to the cell area (as expected with YAGI), but sent the device back as rabbit ears got a better signal indoors. The device makes a very light and delicate impression. Even for €35 I don't think it's worth the money.

bad quality

I use an antenna with CEL-FI + where you can see the gain at different frequencies. I compared it to the one that came with my system which is 3dB. This antenna should have 10.5 dB at 700 MHz. It worked like a small 3dB whip antenna. Also as others have said, Wilson's weight and quality is day and night. At first I thought they were the same and only differed in the name, but that's not the case at all. The quality of the seal is very bad. Also, one of the screws doesn't even go into the…
