🚲 Space-Saving Wall Mount Bike Hanger: Dirza Flip Up Garage Bicycle Rack Storage System (1 Pack) Review

Bought to hang bikes in our small apartment. They work well and appear to be well built. Each hanger comes with two screws. You will need a bolt finder, a drill (with an appropriate 1/2" or 3/8" bit, I don't remember exactly) and a 13mm ratchet.

Bought my first one a year ago. It worked well so I ordered another one for my salsa before it got crushed by the lawnmower. My only suggestion is that the instructions should list exactly the tools needed: the size of the drill and the type/size of the ratchet or screwdriver.

The reviews say you need screws, that's wrong, you need a wrench, I have a set of drill bits with me but they were sent too big. I was told that you can just screw them to the wall and now I need to find the right tool. Not good. Update: I brought a wrench and set up a bike rack. It is very durable and very easy to install with the appropriate tools.

I bought 2 wall mounts. After installing them on the wall of my garage, one held up perfectly when I hung the first bike, the second collapsed under the weight of the bike. Bicycles of the same make and model as the mountain bike. It appears that the metal tab on the mounting bracket that holds the mounting tube and hooks perpendicular to the wall simply flexes under the weight of the bike. One hanger works fine, the other doesn't. Poor quality control I think.

Only needed to hang the bike on the garage wall. This is definitely the way to go. The hook is well thought out and very well made. I like that when the bike is on the ground the hook lifts up and is out of the way. The hook doesn't rest against the wall, but that doesn't affect what it's made for, which is to hold the bike. I rely on photos and don't like to receive things that don't match. It has a gentle continuous angle. This means that the wall bracket that the stud goes through is not fully attached to the wall. I attached it and it looks fine, but I suspect the old original design is stronger. Can the manufacturer comment on the design change and assure consumers that durability has not been compromised? Bought this wall mount to hang my road bike in my garage. I wasn't impressed with its design but it worked as advertised and was very happy with it. Due to the success, I decided to buy another one to get my wife's bike out of the way.
