The tool is very easy and intuitive to use. It has all of my information that I need for my career search. If there was anything that I didn't like it would be the ability to have more than one page per skill area. You only get 1 page so if you are looking at multiple areas (such as computer science vs software development) then you will not see everything right away. I like how easy it is to use this tool with our team because of its quick loading time! It's also very user friendly when adding new information or updating existing ones. The best thing about discover me is that it has all of my resume information which I have uploaded into this system at one time! The ability of this tool is that it helps me keep track not only about my own qualifications but also those from other people who are working with us or have worked here previously so I am able easily access them when needed without having too much paper work around!
