Replaced both frames already in June 2020. Approximately 7 months. Later, a wheel on one rack came loose and broke on the other rack. I gave 2 stars because it worked for a while.

One of life's little problems has been solved! The wheels broke / fell off the top shelf of the dishwasher the other day. Luckily the parts came quickly and installation was fairly easy.

So the product worked fine but it took a long time to assemble because the instructions suck! I advise you to edit one page at a time so that when restoring you have a reference to the other page. And it would be better if it wasn't plastic.

Not as strong as the original but enough for now. The original part was out of stock on another website so I had to buy this one. Much cheaper than hiring a service technician. I would most likely recommend this product to a friend or family member.

Hard to call this a replacement. Both sides broke two months after installation while the OEM lasted over ten years. Upon inspection, it becomes apparent that the plastic is of lower quality and lacks the reinforcing fibers needed to withstand the daily wash cycles.

Perfect quick fix for my broken rack assembly. Whirlpool recommends replacing them with a set of metal brackets, but this set was longer and cost a lot more. This fix worked great for me. Just be careful not to put too much weight on the top basket. If necessary, try to hold heavier objects behind you. Does the job!

Absolute nonsense. Delivered on 05/03/2021 and with this order I had to trust my intuition. The wheels are much smaller than the OEM and were chunky from the start. Had to order a new kit as the one we bought (this review) seems to have fallen apart. Attention buyers, find another listing here and select this part. money wasted.
