Said it was a package deal, thought it came with a lunch bag and sticker but all I got was a backpack

Cute Large Backpack for Preschool Kids

I got this backpack because my son has the 12 inch version and he has some needs to keep the folder. It's very cute, maybe not that durable, but for a preschooler and the price, it's great. He also made a living from stickers. Ours came with a tow mater packed lunch which we didn't expect but love anyway. It made my 4 year old feel special.

Can I put zero stars?! This product is the worst!

Can I put zero stars?! This product is the worst! My 5 year old son used this bag for a week with just his agenda and the occasional light jacket and it ripped off at the top of the shoulder straps. He has to hang up his bag as soon as he enters the classroom, and he's a driver, so he can't do that much damage alone in a school week. Completely disappointed. Can I get my money back please?!
