Although the watch is very beautiful, the minute hand has become loose and can no longer be used to tell the time. My granddaughter is very sad. I contacted Disney and was told they would not endorse the product as it was not purchased directly from them. Hope Ryan can help.

Great little watch. My 3 year old granddaughter wanted a watch. All the toy watches were too big for her small wrist. This watch has a strap that can be adjusted to fit you. Although it's not a toy, it's not expensive, and as loving grandparents we bought it for her anyway. Really cool little watch!
