This is good stuff. Colorful. Good price. Fits a little on a large one, but that's okay because it grows into that. In my opinion the strap should be on the waist so you can adjust it perfectly. But overall it's a great hat!

I bought this hat for my 3 year old who wears a size 6-7 so I figured he needed a size up (4-7). It's actually a bit big, so it will take a while. If you are buying this for a 3 year old, size 2-4 should fit perfectly. It's a cute hat and he loves it!
