I tested this dispenser for three weeks in operation. The water dispenser works perfectly. I believe the problem is that the thin hole in the tube doesn't let much water through, causing a trickle of water to flow out. It takes about a minute to fill a cup with water. Also, the water dispenser is loud enough that the person next to me can hear it when the door is closed. The key takeaway is the performance of the water dispenser and its value for money.

I live in Florida and camp a lot so having this in my arsenal is just perfect. It lasts a charge when packed for about a week, so it's perfect for a hurricane kit that you (hopefully) don't use much.
