Touch Screen Not Working

I was hoping that some of the negative reviews would not be true but unfortunately they are. I no longer have touchscreen functionality on the Surface Pro 7. I guess I just need to get used to the keyboard. The only reason it gets 2 stars is because the display looks better than my cracked screen.

Touch Screen Not Working

The product was very well packaged and safe. Installation was smooth and they even include some medical tools if you don't have them. I turned it on and was amazed that it looked so good, but it's not touchscreen. I don't know if this is a product or if I have a lemon. Kind of sucks, but everything else is great

Ah, it works. But slowly.

The installation should go smoothly, everything works, but the touch screen response is slower than my original. Sooner or later I'll buy another one.
