Touch Screen Not Working

The product was very well packaged and safe. Installation was smooth and they even include some medical tools if you don't have them. I turned it on and was amazed that it looked so good, but it's not touchscreen. I don't know if this is a product or if I have a lemon. Kind of sucks, but everything else is great
