I've been looking for a black frame for a 16x20 photo with a white border around the edge for a long time, bought and crossed out from other Revain sellers and this frame is PERFECT!

It was exactly as described and just what I needed for my canvas print. It would have cost me $$$ more to have this print framed by an artist. I framed it myself with The Display Guys frame and rug for a fraction of the cost. Very happy.

After removing everything to fit the print in the frame, the back of the frame kept falling off and no fastener was holding the picture. I added padding, removed padding and still the back panel fell off. After tinkering with it for over an hour, I wrapped it up and sent it back.

Very poor frame quality for the money. I am so disappointed. I bought this to frame some of my work and display it at a local business. I can't even use it without it looking like shit. The frame is divided into 2 corners, creating a gap. One corner also has broken glass in the corner and I expect the crack will soon grow into a full break.

One of the corners was chipped and cracked revealing brown material underneath. 😒 I had to use black paint to cover it because returning it seemed like a huge hassle when you order such a large item. Just pack your shots well, guys! Use foam! I wish it wasn't because otherwise it would be a positive review.

This frame arrived exactly as advertised and in excellent condition. The frame itself was packed in styrofoam which protects both the glass and the back and the box was sent in a different box. No nicks, dents or cracks. I would have preferred the frame substrate to have screws and cables for wall mounting rather than built-in metal triangles (configured for vertical and horizontal art), but that's a minor point. This frame exceeded all my expectations, it's simple and elegant. I would buy this

This is a really good product! I've tried a few other large picture frames and they're often made out of some sort of fiberboard - no problem except cracking at the joints - or the corners aren't perfectly aligned, but that's perfect. The frame is beautifully crafted from solid wood, includes a mat for one large photo or multiple photos (e.g. two mats) and has quality hardware on the back for locking and hanging. Everyone gets what they pay for. In a brightly lit room with sunlight, these rugs will discolour noticeably within 30 months. In the photo, the bottom product has been attached to the outside wall and rotated into the room. The top rug was attached to an interior wall in a bedroom with floor-to-ceiling windows, but was not exposed to direct sunlight. It is noticeably yellowed and now needs to be replaced. Other rugs in the same bedroom, some purchased from a frame shop and others ordered online

I do not recommend this frame. After taking it completely out of the box I noticed that one of the top corners was crumpled exposing some of the raw wood. I'm mad at myself for not wanting to mess with the return and I don't think the angle will be too noticeable after the painting is hung. The quality of this frame is poor. Some of the clamps that rotate to hold the pad were bent and difficult to move, and there were small stains on the mat. I think this frame will look great hung but if I had
