Bad product - cotton candy

It wastes a lot of sugar, if you use sugar for cotton candy half of it is wasted. not recommended and sometimes it doesn't work

Worth the price. for extra equipment

Able to make cotton candy quickly. Worth the price. I originally bought the machine for home use - it took forever to make a small cotton candy puff - will be using it for my daughter's school carnival - can't wait to see how it holds up!

We order a car and it came later than promised. Ok no problem but we got it it was rusted emailed the company gave them a second chance and a chance to fix it they did a great job until we got it and the 2. Machine did not work at all.

THIS IS A MONSTER! It definitely has a strong commercial feel to it. The only downside is that the manual is difficult to understand and the music won't play on my computer. This could be due to a factory issue or lousy instructions.

Bought ahead of time to give out cotton candy for Halloween. Bought everything you need for 300+ flossing. At first I thought it was a user problem. It stopped completely on Halloween night. As if the heating element had failed. The machine used up so much floss. I would not recommend this cotton candy machine for small or large use. It wastes the product. Read this if you have trouble driving!

The package was delivered quickly, the packaging is reliable, nothing is broken. The car was easy to put together and we made sure all the bolts were tight as some of the other comments suggested. We couldn't get it to work at first and I was a little disappointed thinking we had a dud. I've watched a number of YouTube videos for possible solutions.
