Aonxoier USB-C/DisplayPort adapter works as it should when connecting a 2018 Mac mini to an HP ZR30W: recognized immediately, full 2560x1600 resolution.

Rugged Construction Best Computer Cable Adapter

I bought this because it was affordable. It has a solid construction and even works with an HDMI 1.4 cable along with a wired HDMI to DVI adapter. Cheaper ones don't allow this, so that's important info.
