Durable Thunderbolt Cables

Looks like a well made, durable cable. Maybe too well made because it doesn't bend very easily, but I'll take it upon myself rather than something flimsy that won't last long. Macbook Pro 2013 with OS X El Capitan. It automatically reroutes audio over the cable to a monitor that doesn't have speakers. Went to System Preferences -> Sound and changed the output back to a headphone jack as I have connected external speakers. .

4K @ 60Hz for my 11 " MacBook Air (Early 2015 model)

This was purchased to connect my 11" MacBook Air (Early 2015) to a 4K monitor (QNIX UHD3216R). Initially I had some trouble displaying anything over QHD/1440p (2560x1440) on the monitor; I thought there was something wrong with this cable, but it turned out not to be. I finished updating my MacBook to macOS Sierra and the issue was resolved. I can now reliably use my external monitor in 4K resolution (3840x2160) and not only with it, but also with 60Hz (see image). Overall I am very happy with…

Faulty computer accessories and peripherals

It seemed good at first, but it started to get annoying when the slightest touch of the cable caused the screen to go black. I have it on my desk with my Microsoft Surface 2 laptop, and even if I put a pen or envelope on it, it sometimes "turns off". I have other cables (though not the same length) that work fine, so I know it's not a laptop or port issue.

LG 4K UHD IPS Monitor to connect to a 13 " Macbook Pro Early 2013 Solution

This high quality and well folded cable is a cheap and effective solution for connecting a 13" Macbook Pro Retina Early 2015 to LG -27UD60. Ultra HD 4K IPS monitor. Works perfectly. A larger DisplayPort connector is included with the monitor. The smaller Mini DisplayPort connects to a Thunderbolt port on a laptop. Comes with a handy Velcro cable tie for routing.
