My 13 month old and 3 year old love this book. My 13 month old claps when you're happy and you know that's the cutest. He's leaving with a book. This is definitely a favorite house. We gave this book to a friend's child for his first birthday. Since we are a bilingual house, we also have one in Italian. Our friend asked if we knew he had a British accent and I said no, I have no idea. So I compared our Italian book to theirs and found that on the back it says where it was 'made' (or where it was brought from? I don't remember). Our Italian pointed to Rome and you England. I bought this book for my daughter's 2nd birthday as she is now very interested in music books. I really don't want to say anything negative about the book, but I have to say that I was a bit disappointed with this one. The button you click on each page is almost hidden. It's a small clear circle that you need to find and then press the song button. I really think if they put a colored button to press it will be easier to find it. I even had to do a few looks to find the button on each page. So

THANKS to those who developed these books! We have several and from what we have the songs don't bother you if you listen to them over and over again and you will listen to them over and over again. We bought our first as a birthday gift for our 1 year old. UPDATE: Good car book or for older kids who aren't that picky about their books. However, this company has excellent customer service. They contacted me and sent a replacement which we have been using for a few weeks now. So far no cracks or problems but I've decided to use it exclusively on a car where it can't move or fall on it.
