Torn apart after a week of use UPDATE: Good car book

UPDATE: Good car book or for older kids who aren't that picky about their books. However, this company has excellent customer service. They contacted me and sent a replacement which we have been using for a few weeks now. So far no cracks or problems but I've decided to use it exclusively on a car where it can't move or fall on it. The book entertains and delights them for the most part. She loves it so much I've rounded it up from 1 to 3 stars IF using it for a car book or have delicate toddlers. Quality and price problems still exist from the original evaluation. The cardboard is thin and the speakers are at the back and sound a bit tinny. ORIGINAL RATING: Not strong or remotely durable. The lid is bent in half. The binding is broken. My one year old has had this book for a week or so. The speakers are on the back of the book, making it very muffled and quiet. It's only good if my child carries a book with her, although she does so often. The frozen sound book, her favorite book that she has been carrying around for months, is simply peeling off in the corner due to a small water damage. , and front speakers. The pages are thick and of high quality unlike this one which is quite thin and flimsy. Unlike some of the other reviewers, I really liked the sounds (and the accents) in this book. I also liked the collection of nursery rhymes, but the price of €17 doesn't justify it in the slightest.
