The plug is broken and not all bulbs work!

Two pods on one of the blue stripes are not working and one of the connectors on the other blue stripe was broken when I took it out of the box. Dissatisfied with receiving a faulty product.

NOT AT ALL WHAT IT SEEMS

Not at all as expected, I was very shocked at how it came, I have ordered several of these, I have not used any of them because some of the lights fall apart very easily and some of the Lights didn't work. I tried returning it but they never came to collect the refund.
