I'm not a HUGE fan of DJI. Your support team is hanging around. However, this is a really well-made product that helps me get buttery, non-jelly-like shots. Easy to use. You need to download the DJI MIMO app as it doesn't work with the DJI Go 4 app. Anyway, I love this little guy!

I just received this. I'm new to DJI products but I was unimpressed with the DJI Mimo app for Android. Without the app, you cannot use this stabilizer at first. You must allow all permissions otherwise you will not be able to use the stabilizer. Next, you can't have 4k/60fps. So any time you use Android, your footage will look like garbage when using the DJI Mimo app. If I can't have 4k/60fps then I don't have to spend so much money on junk.

I love the DJI Osmo Mobile 3. I use my iPhoneX and the footage is amazing. Battery life is excellent as advertised. And the price is right. Great product, a "must have" for anyone who wants to capture professional looking footage. (As an additional issue, I was using Filmic Pro on a phone and couldn't connect the Mobile 3 properly so I could use the controls on the stylus. I'm assuming this is an issue with the Filmic Pro app.)

This is exactly what I needed to make video recording a little easier. The controls are pretty intuitive and the app offers a lot of great options. The only issue I encountered was updating the firmware when I first started using the device. An error occurred while updating and the device has stopped working. A quick search brought the solution. I charged the device fully and then tried updating the firmware and it worked great. I'm very excited to see what I can create with this gimbal.

I really like this stabilizer but there are a few things I don't like about it. 1. You can't wear it in the flashlight position. The design just doesn't allow it.
