🚁 DJI Spark Quadcopter Starters Bundle with Portable Charging Station Review

This charging station is great. Slowly towards the start. I'm a bit older than probably most drone pilots so I need more time to make sure I'm well trained before I take off.

I love this portable charger. It's really nice to take with you on vacation or for the whole day. If I go somewhere I want to fly for a while, I don't leave home without it. The only thing I want to say is that the battery in it is not very large. It can only charge about 5-6 batteries and then die, but I still think it's a good buy.

I really like how it holds the batteries and the drone. Make a good case. After that I have a total of 4 batteries. While flying my drone, I put empty batteries back into this charging station. The hub would be better if it charges the batteries faster. When I used 2-4 batteries, the first (1) battery was only 97% dead. With that and 4 batteries you get about an hour and 10 minutes of flight time. Then you have to wait for the batteries to charge.

I really like this product. It's definitely nice to be able to charge 2 batteries plus a third in the Spark. I have it 4 because it seems to run out pretty quickly, but I can charge the device, charge 3 batteries from 10% to full and then charge enough to charge one battery to full and the other to about 50%. I would give 5 stars if I could fully charge 6 batteries twice. I also bought a case that I wrote a review on. The suitcase is great for travel, but its capacity is limited.

Hands down this is my favorite accessory for my drone. The ability to charge up to three DJI batteries and a controller or phone via a USB hub, as well as securely store the drone itself. This is incredibly useful for charging in the field. It literally doubles your flight time by allowing you to recharge dead batteries during the flight - even without a power outlet. Add up the cost of the two additional Spark batteries and then calculate how much the charging station will cost you. Crazy not to buy it with two extra batteries! Works as advertised. The charging dock is actually great storage for the Spark and two extra batteries. It's fairly compact, and allowing two spare batteries to fit under the Spark's handles is quite inventive. It was more than I was hoping to spend apart from two Spark batteries and a charger (which has its own 4200mah battery and charges Spark batteries from that battery) for all DJI gear.
