🔆 DMEX D2S 35W 6000K Cold White Xenon Headlight HID Bulbs - 66240 85122UB 66040 Replacement (Pack of 2) Review

Installed on sti 07 07 after the factory bulbs went out. At first they worked fine but periodically one side goes out and if I turn the light off and on again they work again. I hid ballasts at the factory, and before changing the bulbs there was no such problem. I have already guaranteed them and even bought a second set as they are so cheap. I will be upgrading to Osram 66240 CBB and hope they stay as they should.

I have a 2013 Infiniti JX35 and one headlight didn't work and the other just went out because it was pink. I went to our local Advance auto parts store to see how much they cost. When he said $99.99 each I said if I could take a picture of your screen to see if I could find them cheaper. Came straight home, went to Amazon and found two for $27! They arrived in two days, were easy to install, have a two year warranty and are great value for money. They look amazing and now I can see at night.

I just had the headlights professionally sanded, polished and clear coated to prevent further fogging/deterioration at a reputable local body shop, the headlights were baked. I changed the whole lighting scheme, D2S bulbs (low beam) are very difficult (maybe impossible) to find in LEDs. These lamps DMEX AND 6500K SWING! Installation was easy as the body shop had already taken everything apart and asked if I could change the bulbs. I am very happy with the choice.

One of the original lights went out. The local parts store wanted $85 each. I didn't want to spend that much. So I thought I'd try these out. Well you get what you pay for. Very dark and needs to be replaced as it is dangerous to drive at night and not see anything. The bad thing about replacing them is that I have to remove the bumper cover to get access. Reasonable price. The brightness is very good. Slightly better than the original Phillips with the same 35W. Be sure to use gloves and rinse with alcohol when oil from fingers, etc. touches the lamp, otherwise it will break due to the heat of the oil. Lamps are great! Bright! My 2004 Acura TL required some work to install them. Less than fair value considering the original bulbs lasted almost 15 years compared to 8 months.
