They are not as dark as advertised. The lens is actually very clear, with a slight smokey gray tint. I actually like it better. I installed a marine LED kit. I used my garage door to see where my original lights were pointing, then swapped out lenses and bulbs and checked alignment. It was there with no adjustments to make. Excellent headlight housing. They really packed my whole truck. They are not as dark as I expected. Installation took about 5 minutes. There are only two issues with them that bother me. The clips on the bottom group of lights are faint. But I found almost all the kits made for this truck model to be weak, so I can't really fault them for that. A few cable ties fixed this problem. The only other issue is that the actual case is blacked out and not the clear plastic part you expect to be blacked

Great view of each of these trucks. The only thing I can complain about is how they weave/scratch over time. I've bought them before and they lasted about a year and a half before they started looking crappy. And the attachment for the lower chaser housing is different. Some will fit perfectly, like the ones I just put on, and some will pop out and have a hard time snapping back into place. Headlights look very nice. Nice smoky look, but not too dark. Installed and they were a little tight. Went to my friends house and when I got there the bottom bulb was just hanging there and the tabs had fallen off. So far I've been able to attach it with cable ties. I washed the truck after installation (headlights were a few weeks before installation) and after 2 weeks in the truck I washed the truck only to have the cling film ALREADY DELETED! So installation is easy as it should be, I drive to work, drive home and the driver's side low beam has failed. I put it back in place, made sure the tabs were in the correct slots, and tightened it. Make sure the clip is fully inserted and the light is on. Went for lunch, came back and he hangs out. UPDATE #2: 14 months and it's terrible. The entire surface of the lens is cracked. I use standard incandescent bulbs, nothing that should cause heat issues.
