Faulty radiator ruins engine, avoid!

As a result of my tests, I determined that this aluminum radiator does not hold up under normal automotive conditions. The poor construction allowed for leaks, leading to engine damage. The only positive aspect was the initial ease of installation. I strongly advise against purchasing this product.

Pros
  • Easy installation
Cons
  • Faulty construction leads to engine damage

Not square. Looks pinched.

The radiator was in a box that was too small, when I took it out it didn't look right. Put it on the counter and it looks tidy. It worries me, but I'll post it anyway. If it works, I'll leave it in my drag truck. However, I would not install it in a show car. If it were square it would be a great piece, the finish is good as are the welds.

Pros
  • Engine Cooling and Air Conditioning
Cons
  • Requires an outlet

I love this cooler upgrade!

I have a Chevy K20 1972 I wanted to buy an aluminum heatsink with OEM dimensions so I can use my OEM heatsink holders. It fits perfectly! I've since installed a few electric fans and they are 100x better than the copper fans the truck came with. I would buy this again later in the future for my 1971 SWB.

Pros
  • Radiator
Cons
  • Not everything fits
