This is a very well made and durable product. feels healthy Cuts well. There is a spring that returns the scissors to the open position unlike other kitchen scissors. I definitely recommend it.

Not as sharp as I expected. I needed them to wet my Thanksgiving turkey and ended up using a butcher knife to cut it open because the scissors kept slipping. Update: The seller was committed to making sure I had a great experience. They sent the correct pair of scissors I thought I was buying and what a difference in quality just by the weight.

The handles on our old (non-metal) kitchen scissors broke when we were using them on lobsters. So we decided to stop at All-Metal. So far we have been very happy with our choice. It is durable and easy to keep and clean. Goes well with vegetables, chicken and seafood. It breaks crab claws very easily. Definitely recommended as a versatile kitchen utensil!

I love the power and precision of cutting chicken bones. These scissors are durable, strong and well made. I like that it's made from a single piece of metal for durability. So far I've only had ones that could break in a short time due to the combination of plastic handle and metal blade. I like the fact that they are easy to clean, right in the dishwasher.

I waited to use them several times before writing this review. I use it to wash chicken. Of course, the chickens we get aren't old and tough, but they cut easily, cleanly, and evenly. Better than I expected and way better than my kitchen scissors and knife I used. It has no obvious flaws like some other scissors, these are the only ones I have ever tested. Easy to handle, hold, use and clean. Be careful with them, they are sharp!

Bought these scissors to have in the kitchen to complement my light Kitchen Aid scissors. I can tell you the durability of these scissors seems top notch. They are made from two pieces of stainless steel and are connected with a single bolt and nut. The only issue I have with the scissors is the latch that is supposed to keep them closed. The groove in the latch isn't deep enough or angled enough that it won't hold it fully closed and will slide off to open the wings. This is the only obvious…
