Fantastic toolset; helped me greatly improve workflow efficiency

I like that all of my team members can easily access to our doco online so we don't have problems with keeping up when there are changes made during development phase or after release as well! The platform itself feels outdated in some areas but this could be due simply because its been around for longer than what most new companies would use today (so not too surprising). However if you're using an older version then do consider upgrading otherwise your site will feel sluggish at times while…

  • Very quick turnaround time between submitting ticket & receiving feedback within minutes ! All questions answered promptly without waiting hours upon days just hoping someone logs onto their computer
