Well packaged, delivered quickly and ready to use. Will keep track of how many sites are promoted by VS but so far so good. EDIT: Downgraded from 5/5 to 4/5 because one of the cartridge gears broke and crashed the printer. Luckily their customer service helped send another one but the package got lost in the post so we had to issue a refund. All of this was tedious and annoying, but in the end the exchange worked out well.

I bought a set of 4 toner cartridges from DO IT WISER for my SP C261SFNw printer and just installed it last month. Unfortunately, I only had to buy original RICOH toner tensioners from non-brand manufacturers. The colors on the printed pages came out light and washed out, nowhere near what they should have been, and there were vertical streaks on each page. I was very pleased to see that the color quality with these toner cartridges is as good as the original branded toner. I'm not sure how many copies I'll get in total. But since the printer is intended for home use with very low volume, I'm sure it will be fine. The packaging is very professional and the delivery time was impressive. I recently received a new yellow ink cartridge from Do It Wiser to replace a previously delivered cartridge that was defective. I spoke to a rep and they quickly sent out a new yellow cartridge and it works great! A good company to work with, they solve problems quickly and free of charge. Ricoh works great now. Many Thanks.

DO NOT BUY it will ruin your prints and possibly your printer. They initially worked well, although the colors were wrong. Whatever it prints doesn't even come close to matching the right colors. After a few months the cartridge started leaking which caused a lot of problems and very dirty printouts. many vertical lines of different colors. I have cleaned several times.
