Finally finding Lexmark toner again. And met this bad boy. This toner now lasts longer than the Lexmark toner you get from Lexmark. Worth buying.

I was told this cartridge would work with the Lexmark mx310dn. This is not compatible. The cartridge is not fully inserted into the printer.

Bought because genuine toner for my Lexmark is very expensive. The cartridge prints, but is lighter than the original toner and prints slightly wavy. Every few days the printer will tell you that the cartridge needs to be removed and reinstalled before it can print again. I will try another brand next time.

This is the third cartridge I have bought from you. The first one didn't work at all so I sent it back. I took another one, I thought this one was defective. This only lasted about 3 months and the print quality was poor. Ink smudges, too light, etc. I just installed a third one (which I bought thinking the second one would work) and my printer doesn't recognize it at all. Unfortunately, my return period expired 2 days ago 😡

I have an MX410de and have had no problems with a non-OEM Do It Wiser toner cartridge. I've had the cartridge for 13 1/2 months and had to update the firmware to fix the printer problem. After the update, the Lexmark firmware no longer recognizes a Do It Wiser compatible toner. The cartridge lasts for 200-300 pages. I emailed Do It Wiser support and they told me to downgrade the firmware (it's not possible). I was also told that the 12 month warranty had expired. Well, I'll have to buy another…
