Easy to follow instructions. One problem, it doesn't fit your teeth very well. Yes, I knew what I was doing because I had done it in the past. Terrible landing. I still tried to sleep with him. My dental office recommended this and they should not do it.

I like the Doctor's Night Guard more than other brands because they hold up well and don't feel like you have a lump in your mouth. Love this product! I used a $125 mold made by my dentist for years but threw it out about a year ago because it was old and gross! Really needed to be replaced, I read all the reviews and chose this brand and I'm so glad I did! I followed the directions on the plate and shaped the shape slightly, I haven't worn them in a week and love not waking up with jaw pain and a headache!
