Easy To Use Cloud-Based Storage Solution

It's very easy to use and I like how it is intuitive to set up and navigate to files stored in the cloud. The mobile experience is good as well, making it much easier to access documents while out of the office or at home. There are some things that could be improved but nothing too major. I'd say for the most part, this program works just fine. We've been able to streamline our document management efforts by using Document Access Systems. We used to have multiple different tools/applications…

Pros
  • Ease of use (user interface)
  • Mobile capability
  • User friendly
Cons
  • Some little things

Good alternative - affordable & efficient solution

The program is easy to use for non techies and it's very effective in protecting my documents with its security features. I like how you can easily share files as well via cloud services or emailing other people who have access rights too! It has some glitches but nothing major so far. Nothing really at this point since we are still using our first version of document protection software from them which was good enough until now when they upgraded us into an improved one with more new features…

Pros
  • High quality encryption technology used along side high level data safety/security measures made available through system that protects your private information against hackers & identity thieves even before being uploaded onto internet servers / web pages.Easy sharing capabilities between colleagues within organization network; No longer necessary needing additional server storage space once file upload
Cons
  • So-so
