Only rate it 1 star because it does NOT come with 2 collapsible trays and a placeholder. That's the main reason I wanted a backpack. The description clearly states that these items come along with two zipped bags for storing the groceries that I received. The backpack itself is good, although my only regret is that I didn't get what was advertised. Now I have to go to the trouble of getting it back and pray my next one comes with everything!

Love it! I traveled with my boyfriend and it was just perfect! The only thing I would like to say is that the food bags don't last that long, it depends on how much your dog eats per day. My kav eats about 1 1/2 cups a day so that's enough for about a weekend, but if you've been away longer you'll need to get some more food. Grocery bags don't work that well either. This was the best purchase we made when we had a GSD puppy. More than enough space to store food/treats and their toys. We use it for hikes, long car rides, and even short trips to the vet or the park. Always get compliments, it's so handy. I keep my wallet and everything my pup needs during the day! Pros: Really cute, the bag idea sells itself. I like the poop bag pocket on the front and the divider in the middle of the bag (divides the bag in half). It looks small but I can actually fit a lot of stuff in it (food/treat baskets, toys, leashes, small blanket). It's a bit thin but well made. I have no problem with broken zippers.
