Not worth the money for tabletop

According to my experience with this utensil set, it is not worth the investment for tabletop service. While it may be industrial and scientific grade, the quality left much to be desired. The pros were that it was lightweight and easy to clean. However, the cons were that the utensils were flimsy and prone to bending with regular use. Overall, I would not recommend this product to anyone in the food service industry looking for durable tabletop utensils.

Great product, just don't use them for anything over cooking.

I liked these when I first got them, it was nice to have a place to put a spoon on the pan itself so any drips go back into the pot/pot fall. But then I tried medium heat and rubber or whatever they use to keep the metal from scratching the pan and melting into the pan itself which gave me a pan to really clean but also the pan ruined. Clamp if I don't want to scratch the pan to use it.

These clamps are NOT heat resistant

I used this clamp on the rim of a 6 inch pot of boiling water twice the width of a gas burner with no flame visible on the sides. It melted the two pieces of black rubber at the bottom of my pan's clip and changed the physical properties of the top (cracked/crumbled material carries a high risk of food chipping if you try to disengage it). Heat-resistant dishes in the same area showed no damage. At this point, prying the poor quality material off the metal clip is a little slower than using aโ€ฆ
