The shoes came worn. The bottom of the shoe was dirty and looked like it had been worn before. I also took photos of the inside of the shoe where you can see that the insole is dented and worn. The clasp stands straight up and cannot be pryed out. (All can be seen in the photos above.) I am very disappointed in the condition of these shoes. I'm not sure why any company would suggest they are for sale.

The quality of this show is excellent! The fit is comfortable, like most boutique shoes. I'm so glad I bought this show here. Medium quality: artificial leather, soft rubber sole. Buckles are for show only; Actually velcro but because of the buckle it's not flat and doesn't close very well. I ended up removing the velcro and sewing on the buckles for us to use. They look cute and seem relatively comfortable. Lower quality probably isn't a big issue as they probably won't last long enough to wear out and at this price point it's unreasonable to expect quality materials. They work great with some modifications.
