🚽 Dometic Platinum Portable Toilet, 2.5 Gallon Capacity - Model 301096206 Review

We bought this to replace a Dometic we had for 18 years before it broke. This one is much thinner than its predecessor. We returned and bought it to replace Theodore.

What a terrible design. The handle is off-center, there's no handle to maneuver, and it leaks every time no matter how little or how much is in it. What a waste of money. And of course I closed my "window" to return it 3 days ago.

I'm so excited to find the exact same portable potty to replace the one we've had on our boat for so many years that the seals were leaking. I took it out of the box and put it back in its place. The stabilizers installed on the old one fit perfectly!

Surprisingly cheaply made Someone has to tell the guys who make this thing that it should last. The jar at the bottom has very thin walls, suspicious looking seams. Luckily today is garbage day, so the thing is right on the side of the road. If you're stupid enough to use a portable toilet that meets these standards, you deserve the mess you need to clean up.

I was driving through Florida with my wife and two kids and threw it in the trunk of our Honda Civic. I cannot express how quick and convenient it was to make all the necessary toilet stops!
