Great seller and product

Ordered because of the price and quality promise. I was not disappointed. The only problem was that when trying to install it I found that my toilet had a 'flush hole' and as a result I couldn't use this product and had to return it. The company informed me that they do not make this product for my application but were kind enough to give me a part number to use when ordering from another supplier. This is customer service now!

Pros
  • Perfect for outdoor activities
Cons
  • Hard to say

Worked great. for toilets and parts

Very easy installation. My Dometic seal, which was replaced by a factory seal in 2019, did not stand up to scrutiny. This design shines much better and holds water well. I feel like this part needs regular replacement given temperatures ranging from sub-zero to desert heat. But it's cheap and easy to use. Took me less than 3 minutes from start to finish. Simply pull the plastic base forward, loosen the large clamp and reinsert. That's all.

Pros
  • Handy thing
Cons
  • Long delivery time

It works! Some time

Installation was as easy as the official $37 part and still works fine. No more empty bowl. It's been over a month and seems to be holding up well. Tip: Before installing, clean the surface of the valve with toothpaste. I used an old toothbrush. I melted the toothbrush handle and bent it 90 degrees to use it to clean the neoprene sealing surface. Tie a string to it in case you drop it. Edit 02/24/2020 - started leaking after only 4 months. Buy a "real" one for your toilet.

Pros
  • Free for educational purposes
Cons
  • Some issues

Lighter than you think and another tip

Replacement is easier than you think. A little dirty, but not bad. Haven't found a model number on my toilet yet, so I grabbed the swag and ordered it anyway. Turns out my toilet actually has an overflow hole (you won't know until you take it apart) so I drilled a hole in it using my old gasket as a template. Took two minutes and works perfectly. The toilet now holds water. The work usually takes 30 to 45 minutes. By the way, I used "Happy Camper" in my sewage treatment plant. Works perfectly…

Pros
  • Slim design
Cons
  • Ugly packaging

You don't have to pay anyone to do this work; it's so easy

Easy enough to install if you have common sense. It took longer to assemble the tools and prepare the work area. Then install in case of confusion. I have never done this work but it took me 8 minutes to finish the work. The product update seems to have finally failed after 37 weeks. The seal will no longer be stored there because I want to make it clear that this is a 3* product. But since it's easy enough to replace, I think I'll order another one and replace it again.

  • Best
Cons

Keep water in the bowl and keep Black Tank fumes away from your rig.

My bowl held water most of the time, but would sometimes leak until it was dry. I've seen pieces of black rubber chip off on occasion and Plumber's Grease didn't fix the problem. I knew that when the water goes out, the gas comes in. DRAIN YOUR BLACK TANK. Turn off the water and get ready for the catch and the remaining drops. Remove the nuts holding the head to the ground. Lift the toilet to remove it. Stick a rag in the hole to keep the fumes out. Take the toilet outside, clean and disinfect…

Pros
  • One year trial
Cons
  • Good but not great
