Very Pleased with System - Great Experience

The system has been easy to use for both our technicians as well as customers. We have not had any issues or complaints about the program at this time. I would recommend it to anyone looking to implement a new type of communication tool in their business. There really isn't anything i can say negative about yet! It's great so far! If there was something we didn't like, i don't think we'd be able to find out about it until after using it longer. So far, everything seems very intuitive and works…

Pros
  • Very user friendly interface
Cons
  • Mostly okay, but...
