Description of DonJoy Lightweight Wrap-Around Back Support Brace

Provides support for mild lower back pain, from the L1 through L5 lumbar vertebrae, lower back sprains and strains, and herniated disc or degeneration. Lightweight back support features a low profile design, allowing it to be worn over, between or underneath clothing. By simply pulling the side handle, you can quickly tighten or loosen the compression panels. An outer meshing which allows heat to escape without compromising stability. Universal design allows the DonJoy LO Lite Wrap-Around Back Support Brace to be used by both men and women.

Found it useful for repairing a herniated disc

Found it useful for repairing a herniated disc but only used it a few hours a day. My physiotherapist was against using any type of back brace, but I felt I had to control myself to avoid making certain movements that could throw me back.

My favorite for back, neck and shoulder brace

This is the exact same back brace I got at the surgeon's office. 3 years ago and still wearing it! While I'm at work, at the grocery store, or. Anywhere I have to stand for a long time (which can be very painful). This is the best support I have found. I've tried all sorts!

Great price and reasonable price

due to my professional duties. These braces are high quality braces that I usually buy for patients and they are reasonably priced. The mount is durable and must withstand the rigors of everyday use. These are high quality braces and well worth the price so don't be fooled by the cheaper imitations.

Absolutely the best lumbar support I've tried. (I've tried about 10 of these over the years)

I've had one of these for years. I recently had my second lumbar fusion. The brace Kaiser gave me was painful, with a hard plastic sheet over the wound. (I'm assuming this was a no-hands-on purchase by Kaiser Corporate). So now I use my Donjoy brace which works great with minimal pain. I also ordered one for my doctor as a gift so he can have a sample of what good braces look like. I have recommended these braces to several friends. They all love it.
