Bought because I got a concha piercing in one ear and a double helix in the other so I can't sleep with one ear pressed mine. Pillow for about a year (until complete healing). I sleep on my side, that would be a problem. I bought this to put my ear in a hole and it works great! My piercing is healing great and no irritation slowing down the healing process from sleeping on my side. It's smaller than I thought it would be, but it does the job!
