It stopped the damage!

I bought this product hoping it would work in my kitchen. I have a cabinet with a round handle and when opening it would hit the wall. The product solved my problem. It's flat, transparent, not too thick and sticky! It was also an economical solution.

Pros
  • Beautiful
Cons
  • For seniors

I would not buy. Paint torn from the wall

We had to apply it several times and the last time I found it with some paint from the wall on the floor. I'm not very happy. Wouldn't recommend these. I'll buy the ones you put on the floor. We have textured walls, maybe that's why they don't last 🤷‍♀️

Pros
  • GOLS certified
Cons
  • Discontinued model

Good for light doors

Easy to "install" on clean walls to protect the wall from being damaged by door handles. When gluing, be careful where you pull to maintain the circular shape. For a heavier door I would use an actual doorstop like my front door. This material is jelly-like (on the soft side) and not thick enough to withstand more blunt impacts.

Pros
  • Delivery was very fast
Cons
  • Can I add something

Love it! on furniture accessories

I needed something to keep our front door handle lock from banging against the wall when the door is open. It's absolutely perfect! They're thick enough to avoid damage, but not so thick that they protrude. They are transparent, you can see the wall through them, which helps camouflage them. Adhesion is excellent. I will definitely use them in our house to protect the walls.

Pros
  • Finally bought

Glue not good

I bought this as extra support for our front door because it has a long handle with a beveled edge. It protrudes a bit beyond the floor anchors so I figured they could be used to attach the wall. I followed all the instructions to clean the wall and even heated it to make it stick. The first week worked well, and then fell off. I put it back and it doesn't last. Unfortunately on one of the occasions when she fell off the door the handle hit the wall leaving a hole which we had to fix. Now I'm…

great IT theory, but didn't stop there

It was a great IT theory, but didn't stop there. We've tried to avoid the big, ugly plastic wall panels you usually find at the hardware store. They're thick, transparent, and offer great protection if they really get stuck. Our walls are moderately textured and when installed it was sticky at first but when we returned to the room a few hours later we found it on the floor. Tried several times without success, must find another solution to protect the wall from the doorknob.

Glue not very good

I bought this as extra support for our front door because it has a long slanted handle. It protrudes a bit beyond the floor anchors so I figured they could be used to attach the wall. I followed all the instructions to clean the wall and even heated it to make it stick. The first week worked well, and then fell off. I put it back and it doesn't last. Unfortunately, when it fell off the door once, the handle hit the wall and left a hole that we had to fix. Now I'm using another one that works…

Pros
  • Weight
Cons
  • Some small things

Okay, here's the deal. #1 Clean the surface beforehand. #2 Press HIGH ON the soft door protector in all areas until it becomes "transparent". The more structured the surface is. the harder it is to glue something. clean glass? No problem. Textured 10 year old paint that isn't clean? time to worry Don't worry, 4 out of 6 fell to the ground within 2 days. Then I just cleaned the application area with a household cleaner, applied well and firmly and TA YES! It's been 3 months and he's still there.

Pros
  • Nice
Cons
